I walked in and was immediately greeted by a man named Gene. That’s when I knew—this was going to be a very good party.

The setup was simple but deadly: two rooms. One for breaks, the other for drum and bass. Naturally, I spent the night oscillating between both, chasing the energy like a moth to a subwoofer.

When I arrived, Urban Jungalist was on the decks, already throwing down a solid mix of drum and breaks. She set the tone perfectly.

Let me break down the most memorable sets of the night.

🥁 Drum & Bass Room

Rek One was doing his thing—solid, steady, no-nonsense DnB.

Airglo really got the party started. He even brought along an MC, and honestly? The guy was pretty good. The energy spiked the moment they stepped up.

Then came Dieselboy. And boy—did he rock the house. He brought his absolute A-game and did not disappoint. The whole crowd was moving, locked into every drop. Pure mastery.

🔁 Breaks Room

Hooker played some progressive breaks that kept things smooth and hypnotic.

Bobby Buzz took a different route—mixing breaks with booty and freestyle. It was… very interesting. In the best way.

Hopper 1000 was throwing down old school breaks, and the crowd was grooving hard. That nostalgic vibe hit just right.

Soltek played booty breaks alongside Robotic. They were decent—solid energy, even if not the highlight of the night.

The Verdict

Without a doubt, the drum & bass room had the most energy. I danced like there was no tomorrow, and honestly? I’d do it all over again in a heartbeat.
